We began our building experience with Golden Homes eight years ago. From the very first day we realized what a pleasant person Bahman was to work with. I had a sketch of the way I wanted the floor plan of my new home to be. Bahman was able to come up with a beautiful floor plan that satisfied my every desire!

During the building process he was able to answer our many questions and concerns in a timely manner. The work site was always tidy, which tells a lot about a builder, and the construction of the house was kept on schedule!

Towards the end of construction, when everything was coming together, we realized that we needed to be in earlier than we had expected. When we went to Bahman with this information he assured us that he would do everything in his power to make it happen. When it came time for us to move in the house was done!

In all, our experience with Bahman and Golden Homes was wonderful. We would recommend him as a builder.

Our experience with Golden Homes in the process of building a custom home in 2007 was near flawless. The construction was on time and the workmanship of the contractors used and materials is top notch. The follow-up after occupancy was smooth and done in a timely matter. I would highly recommend without hesitate Golden Homes, everyone who comes into the home comments on the “Signature” trim work which is exceptional.

When Dawnmarie and I decided to have a home built, we heard numerous horror stories from friends and relatives about the building process and all the headaches that go with it including hidden costs, missed deadlines, and inferior materials often used to save the builder money.

Now that our home is completed (on time), I am happy to say I did not experience any of the problems listed above, in fact you made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The fact that you are personally involved in each home you build and pay close attention to every detail, really shows in the end product.

I will highly recommend Golden Homes to anyone who is considering building a new home in Western New York.

We built our home with Golden Homes by Bahman and we’re extremely pleased with it. Bahman spent many hours with us finalizing our floor plan until it was just what we wanted. His patience and attention to detail are tremendous. The whole building process went very smoothly and Bahman addressed all our concerns along the way.

We were also happy with the companies he deals with for tile, flooring, carpeting, bathroom fixtures, cupboards, and lighting. The associates we worked with for these items were very helpful and knowledgeable. We were especially pleased with his trim carpenters. We selected his Signature Trim package and our woodwork is beautiful.

The building process kept pretty well to schedule and we moved into our new home at the planned time. Since we have been in our home, we have called Bahman on several occasions with questions and he has always gotten back to us in a timely manner. We are definitely pleased with our new “Golden Home.”
